You may terminate the Agreement at any time upon notice to DonationScout. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of the Agreement for all purposes.
DonationScout reserves the right to change the Agreement on a going-forward basis at any time without notice. Please check the Agreement periodically for changes. DonationScout will post changes to the Agreement to this website. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than thirty (30) days after they are posted; however, changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If a change to the Agreement materially modifies your rights or obligations, DonationScout may require that you accept the modified Agreement in order to continue to use the Service. Except as expressly permitted in this Section 16, the Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of the parties to the Agreement. Disputes arising under the Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the version of the Agreement that was in effect at the time the dispute arose.
The Agreement will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the United States Federal Arbitration Act, other applicable federal laws, and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to the Agreement.
