Disclaimer of Liability for Fundraiser Event Transactions

• Third-Party Transactions: DonationScout provides a platform for managing fundraiser events but is not party to transactions between fundraiser organizations and restaurants. We do not control or guarantee the quality, legality, or performance of events.
• Disputes: Any disputes over event results, donation payments, rules or restrictions, or any event-related matter should be taken up directly with the restaurant.
• Limitation of Liability: DonationScout shall not be liable for any damages arising from fundraiser transactions.
• Independent Relationship: Users act as independent entities and not as DonationScout agents.
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for due diligence and compliance with laws.
• No Warranty: There are no warranties for transactions facilitated by DonationScout.

SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

• Consent to Receive SMS Messages: By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us.
• Message Content and Timing: Messages will relate to fundraiser events and actions on the platform.
• Privacy and Data Usage: Your phone number is used solely for sending relevant SMS messages.
• Opt-Out Process: You can opt-out of SMS communications by replying with STOP.
