Description

Schedule an event at your local cafe, invite your friends & family, and we'll donate a portion of the sales to your organization. All non-profits are eligible, from schools to scout groups, sports teams to church groups. A 501c3 or a W9 is required.

Once confirmed, you'll receive a customized flyer to hand out and promote your event. We'll also provide additional marketing assets and tips to help you raise that dough!

Please note, we have a minimum sales requirement of $150 in net sales for all Fundraising events.

Instructions
  1. Use the customized flyer and social media graphics to promote your event. You can also share the calendar invite via email or create a Facebook event as additional ways to invite your friends and family. Flyers may not be passed out in or around the cafe during your event.
  2. When you arrive at our cafe, be sure to present your fundraising flyer to the cashier. This will ensure your sales are counted towards the event.
  3. When placing a mobile, online, or kiosk order, be sure to enter the promo code found on your flyer, prior to making payment. Online orders placed all day at your participating bakery cafe will count towards your fundraising total.
  4. Be sure to have fun at your event!
  5. After the event, we will send you an email with your donation total and have you confirm your mailing address. Once this is complete, we will issue your check in the mail.

Rules & Restrictions
  • 1. Minimum sales requirement of $150 in net sales.
  • 2. Flyers may not be passed out in or around the cafe during your event.
  • 3. A printed or electronic version of the flyer must be shown when ordering at the bakery cafe.
  • 4. Purchasing gift cards, catering orders, and third-party delivery orders are excluded and will not count towards event sales totals.
  • 5. Fundraising event requests are not guaranteed unless submitting organization (if accepted, “Organization”) receives a confirmation email from Panera Bread or a participating franchisee of Panera Bread accepting the request.
  • 6. Donation determined from net sales brought in by your supporters purchases recorded during the event
  • 7. Organizations are limited to one event every 30 days.
  • 8. Online orders must be scheduled and picked up on the date of your event, at your participating location.
  • 9. In Cafe Event Hours are 4PM - 8PM; Online transactions are valid with FUND4U Promo Code all day at your selected cafe.
